Additional Expenses
Pre-wedding shoot: booked as part of a collection or as an optional extra will incur additional costs beyond a 30-mile radius of Fordham CB7 5LF. Limited Saturday dates will be made available but during peak wedding season these will be rare. I will, however, strive to
accommodate a particular date but I cannot always guarantee this. Wedding day: the clients are responsible for all agreed accommodation costs and any travel costs incurred by the photographer and photographer’s assistant (if applicable) beyond a 50-mile radius of CB7 5LF at a cost of 45p per mile.

Images and Album Design
While every attempt will be made to deliver your images within eight weeks. During June- September (peak wedding season) this may take longer due to the natural backlog of editing. Album orders must be placed within 8 months of your wedding date. Additional costs are likely to be incurred after this time. Album design work will not be undertaken during June - September (peak wedding season) lead-time for the album will be 8-10 weeks from album proof being signed off by you, the client and the photographer.

Sustenance
A hot meal is required if the photographer and photographer’s assistant (if applicable) is hired for 6 hours or more in length.

House Rules
The photographer is limited by the guidelines of the ceremony official and, when applicable, the reception site management and the clients agree to accept the technical results of their imposition on the photographer. Negotiation with the officials for the moderation of
guidelines is the clients responsibility but should be discussed with the photographer who can offer recommendations.

Creative Licence
If the clients have any specific photographic requests these must be agreed with the photographer in advance of the wedding and the photographer will strive to accommodate all reasonable requests regarding poses used, locations used, and group shots taken. The
photographer shall, however, be granted creative and artist licence in relation to poses photographed, the location uses, and the group shots taken. Due to the vagaries of weather and the willingness of subjects, it may not be possible to capture all the photographs requested.

Other persons are encouraged to take photographs at the wedding and reception. However, all “formal” or other shots set up by the photographer will be required to be used solely by the photographer for short time before the client’s guests are allowed to take pictures of the group poses. This is to ensure the photographs are of a consistently high standard. The photographer cannot be held responsible for unusable shots due to distractions from the client’s guests and other circumstances beyond the photographer’s control. If the client requires posed shots of the couple, the photographer will require some time with the clients away from the client’s guests to produce more personal pictures. It is the client’s responsibility to inform their guests of this policy and to ensure they abide by it.

Ownership Rights and Usage

It is agreed that the photographer retains ownership of full copyright of all photographs produced. The photographer is granting a personal usage licence to the clients for their lifetime. This licence includes permission to share the images with friends and family including printing and publishing the photographs on social networking media but does not allow the images to be sold for profit. The photographer requests that the photographs are not altered or manipulated in any way.

Future Promotional Material
The client agrees that the photographer may use any photograph for his own purposes such as editorial, publicity, and advertising and may include publication on the photographer’s website.

Cancellation

If Wallis Photography must cancel the contract for reasons beyond their control (death, injury, sickness etc.) their liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. However, every effort will be made to supply photographer/s of equal skill and similar style
at no extra cost. After a period of 14 days from the date of signing this contract, as a compensation for the loss of income, the following charges apply as a percentage of the total fee due:

60 days before the event or less - 100%

61 – 90 days before the event - 75%
